Today went to work only for 3 hours.. Suddenly feel headache and nausea.. wanted to tell boss i wanna take off but he was busy so i end up packing bag and go off before even telling him. ok la i not tat bad la.. at least i sent him a msg telling him i on the way home le.. hehez.. then i went home to have a good slp before i went to see doctor. Doctor said i stress too much le.. nv rest well and also blood pressure very low.. gave me tonic and giddy pills to eat.. hmm.. looks like i need to relax more..
